My God, it's been ages since I last updated my blog. I have been real busy with college. ggaaaaarrrrrrr. Whatever it is, I got myself a good result for my previous semester. Haha. Im proud of you Ary :P And oh, some new friends. Basically my bff now :) I freaking heart Niloo and Amiirah, like seriously.

hair colour

My mom kept talking about my old hair. I used to have this long silky black hair, like those models in the shampoo ads. Hahahaha!! Here's a picture of me, last year. :D Dont I look adorable here? muahahaha ;)

I never really listen to anybody's advice when it comes about styling myself. But hurm, different case here. I even dreamt of having my old hair back after listening to my mom. Imagine that, a whole night of dreaming about my hair.

Anyway, I need to make a change. Been going through the 'breaking up' process, which was tough. Real tough to be exact. Hell yeah I want to be happy again!

So I was thinking, I have'nt really celebrate anything since the big break up. So I asked my mom.. "mummy, is it ok if i wana dye my hair..black?". Haha. Her response? "Of course!". She went to buy the so-called chemicals thingy the next day. Aww, aint she the best mom ever? Haha :) Darn. Saloons are charging like RM300 for hair colouring. Freaking bastard saloons! My mom bought the hair dye for only RM30!! Cheh.

My sister and I spent about an hour in the bathroom. We went nuts! The hair dye was all over the bathroom! Haha. Sorry ma, for destroying your toilet.

Very happy with how everything turned out. Oooh, Im starting to pose in front of mirrors! Seriously. I think I look best in black hair. Adam said "you look like a freaking hot vampire." Hahahahahahahahahaha! My uncle was pretty shocked at first, he's been seeing me as a brunette + blonde for about 8 months. Haha. Well, a small step can help you to be happier though. Allowing and accepting of who you really are requires a lot of compassion for oneself. Im trying my very best to enjoy and celebrate this 'letting go' phase. Everything is conspiring for my own good. :)

ps : some guys are hitting on me. hurmm.. hurmm.. yeah I do need to find the one. Haiya. All of them need to go through my family and friends first. I would'nt be in any date till my 'life supporters', especially my mom, say the word YES.

Satay Kajang and Putrajaya

24th June 2009, 8pm. Sham called and said "hey I'm free now, want to do my assignments later on. Lets go out, satay kajang?". So he came with Hayyul, about 20 minutes later. Mmm Hayyul! Haha I love hanging out with him. A small boy with such a big personality. And Sham? He's such a goody friend, always make sure that I feel safe and have fun going out with him!

Okay so Sham thought of asking me to go to Rawang with him tomorrow, have some wonderful escapades with his friends. We called my mom to ask for her permission. Haha her answer? "No sayang, that place is dangerous. I saw a lot of BAD pictures about that place, pics of girls wearing bikini. And you can't simply go out, H1N1 viruses are spreading." Hehehe. Mummy? Anyway we listened to her, she's the boss lady :)

Next, we went to Putrajaya. Fairly interesting. Sham thought of sending me back but then, it was still early. It was damn fun! Hayyul and Sham sang some songs that I've never heard before. Love hanging out with them.

I had this free-alcohol beer, Barbican, it was damn nice!

Baskin Robbins

I wanted to have ice cream today. Haha. So my sister and I called our sweet uncle to bring us to Baskin and Robbins. I am so not gona drive at night.

SEE!! NIGHT! the last time I drive at night, I end up forgetting to turn off the light.
My mom had to pay RM280 for a new car battery. Hehe. Sorry ma, I love you :)

After the 5 minutes journey from my apartment to Metro Point, there I was, running toward the Baskin Robbins shop. I wanted to eat ice cream so badly!

Then I ordered the 'Banana Royale' ice cream. yum yum. Chose 'vanilla and some weird stuff, I don't know its name' flavor. The topping? Cream, hot chocolate, cherries and almond nuts *shudder*

Haha. I'm being lame.

Next, I went to the CD shop.

Anyway, I bought this CD, BACHNA AE HASEENO

Definitely going to watch it tonight itself!
Will tell the story once Im done watching it.

Oprah Winfrey

Funny thing. I could'nt sleep so I went through my e-mails. Well, I checked out my sent items and saw this message. I sent it to Oprah Winfrey last year, when I was 17 years old :) haha. Enjoy reading it.

ps : yeah it sounds kinda funny, but my mom did cry reading it. Hehe. I love you ma.

I'm Arianna, a seventeen-year-old girl from Malaysia. I am such a big fan of Beyonce till I can't explain how she has enriched my life with her beautiful songs. My sister and I screamed joyfully as we read your bulletin about Beyonce's fan. All my family members would'nt be having our dinner without watching 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'.

I will be having my SPM examination (O-level) by next week. It has been a very tough year for me and I would really like to thank my mom. She has been very patient with my behaviour. I could'nt find any other way to thank her for making me the luckiest girl in the world beside asking her idol to meet her. She can't even miss a single episode of your show.

My mom took a heritage celebrity morph in a website. It was very shocking and funny as the result showed that she looks 93% like Beyonce. I was really out of words as there is nothing about Beyonce that is physically similar to my mom as she is a mix of Chinese and Pattani. Since then, she's been listening to Beyonce's songs (expecially Listen) and adoring her achievements in life. I could imagine her crying with excitement if she could ever be in your show. She would'nt be the only one who'll do the crying part I think, but my whole family and I myself.

My mom has never been to overseas except for Bangkok. She always imagine herself having some fun in a different environment. This is a great opportunity for me to accomplish her dreams and put a smile on her beautiful face. She is the greatest mother in the world and it would be the best thing I could do for her. She's taking her PhD now and yet she still do her best for her childrens. I am very thankful that she's in my life. I really hope you'll provide us a space in your great show. It will be the best time ever in my mom's life. Thank you Oprah.
